This exquisite vintage sheared mink jacket was purchased from Schumacher furs in Portland, Oregon, a high quality furrier who is no longer in business.  This ultra soft, fully lined  jacket is hip length and has long sleeves. This jacket has a notched lapel collar and two front enamel buttons with a silk rose in the center. This jacket has two functional side pockets and is fully lined with a beautiful floral embroidered fabric that has an internal pocket. As was often done with minks in the 20th century, the owner's name "Patty" is embroidered on the center of the inside pocket.
